We’ve all seen them in the movies. They’re tough guys. Rugged heroes who never reveal their inner thoughts and feelings. But is the silent person truly strong? The truth is, real-life leaders are different. They’re courageous enough to be honest. They’re brave enough to risk rejection and take the defenses down.
You’ll find many such leaders in the Bible. We’re told King David was a man after God’s own heart. Yet he wasn’t afraid to pour his heart out to God and to those he led.
My question for you is, “Do you have the courage to be open with those around you today?” It’s a major key to increased influence.
